<a WIP note, always/>
i recently Claude coded a tiny web app for a nightly health check-in. it takes <60 seconds, tracks 20+ metrics across external + internal health, and outputs a weighted score out of 100.
the scoring is simple: “good” behaviors add points, “bad” behaviors subtract points, and a few metrics (like mood) are tracked but intentionally unscored.
here’s what i’m tracking right now:
-sleep last night: poor, average, good
-mood today (unscored): low, okay, good
-movement: ≥8k steps
-workout: strength / cardio / yoga / rest
-water intake: low, medium, high
-supplements (daily): psyllium husk, fish oil, vitamin C, collagen, whey, creatine
-supplements (weekly 1x): B12, D3
-sunlight exposure: right after waking-up
-skincare (day): shower, facewash, vit C, moisturiser, sunscreen
-skincare (night): facewash, retinol/azelaic acid, moisturiser
-gum-care: flossing, brushing, tongue-cleaner
-sugar beyond routine: yes/no
-eat out or order in: yes/no
all product labels were analysed together in a single Claude context window to avoid overlapping or duplicate ingredients
this app has been a game-changer for staying accountable to my health. i’ve also gamified it so my partner and i can compete for the top spot on the leaderboard.
side note: i’ve gone down the Huberman rabbit hole again and want to Bryan Johnson my food habits a bit- starting with a simple one: keeping breakfast low-carb.

additional notes: -two-finger length of sunscreen every morning; not skipping indoors -amla is an astonishingly good source of vitamin C -omega-3 is really important -stanley is great for meeting hydration goals
